Dr Agrawal is a Psychiatrist working since 2007 with NHS in United Kingdom and is the Founding Director, Clarus Global Health, an initiative to increase awareness of mental health across the globe through provision of education and learning, and to improve mental health services. Dr Agrawal has led a significant number of development projects and service improvements, strengthening clinical governance arrangements, and delivering on key performance indicators as well as budget requirements. Dr Agrawal helped set up and establish a national service at Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) called Psychiatrists’ Support Service (PSS) for which he was the national lead for 5 years.

Dr Agrawal has had several other appointments including Vice Chair of Eastern Division of R C Psych, editor of Eastern division Newsletter, medical assessor for General Pharmaceutical Council of UK, and Chair of Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS).

Dr Agrawal completed his medical training from GSVM Medical College Kanpur, India and then moved to the UK to pursue his passion of working in mental health.
